JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Lead and manage by motivating the team to remain optimistic even when faced with challenges and encouraging good performance and values.
  • Communication with the trustee members.
  • Identify fundraising strategies that benefit and complement the mission and vision of the NGO.
  • Resource development and fund raising; time to time CSR coordination as and in accordance to the fund raising requirements.
