Process of Payment

On Completion of Finishing work of the said Unit : 05% + GST
On or before possession : 05% + GST

Extra Charges

  • Club Membership and facilities charge: Rs.1,50,000 (with payment schedule).
  • Generator and Transformer Charges: Rs. 1,50,000 (DG Load is .75 KW per unit) (with payment schedule).
  • Legal Fees Rs.10,000 (50% on Agreement and 50% on possession).
  • Incidental Charges: Rs. 15,000 per unit (50% on agreement and 50% on possession).
  • Formation of Association Rs 10000.
GST levied by the government are applicable to the unit as well as on the Extra charge.
