Price List

  • 3 BHK (1126 sq.ft.) flat starting from Rs.1.07 Cr. onwards.(18th floor ).
  • 4 BHK (1882 sq.ft.) flat starting from Rs.1.61 cr onwards.(4th floor ).
Note : Price Includes Flat cost + Store room + Extra charges + Car parking + GST.
  • Price per sq.ft is Rs. 6750.
  • Floor-escalation Charges : Rs. 20/- per Sq.ft. (5th – 8th floor) Rs. 25/- per Sq.ft. (9th floor onwards).
  • PLC for Flats having Open Terrace : Rs. 100/- per Sq.ft. (on Total Chargeable Area of the whole Unit)
    Note : 50% of the Open Terrace Built-Up Area is Chargeable and at the same rate.

  • 5 no of store rooms in each floor. Store Room Optional or Compulsory - Booking of Stores is Compulsory for A & D flats, Compulsory for last three of E, F, G & H flats to be booked in the particular floor, and Optional for B & C flats (depending on the status of Stores’ booking in the particular floor).
  • Car parking is Optional or Compulsory - Compulsory (Exemptions may be considered on selective basis) .

On Completion of 23rd Slab Casting : 5% of Basic Consideration + GST
On Completion of Brick work of the Unit : 10% of Basic Consideration + GST
On Completion of Internal Plastering of the Unit : 5% of the Basic Consideration + GST
On Completion of Flooring of the Unit : 10% of the Basic Consideration + GST
On Completion of the Unit except Bathroom Fittings : 5% of Basic Consideration + GST
On Possession of the Unit : 10% of Basic Consideration + Extra Charges + GST

  • Generator Power Back-up, Transformer & Electrical Expenses Rs. 125/- per Sq.ft.
  • Integrated Audio-Visual Intercom System Rs. 16,000/-
  • Internal Pipeline & Wiring for AC Rs. 20,000/-
  • DTH connection, Provision for Internet & Wi-fi in Club facility areas Rs. 10,000/-

Nomination Charges : Rs. 1 lac (2 / 3 BHK – Type B, C)

Cancellation charges : After Agreement - Booking Amount is the total of all amounts paid before execution and registration of the Agreement for Sale but not more than 10% of the Sale Consideration.


  • GST applicable as per Government norms.
  • The customer has to pay 20% of the agreement amount less booking amount  along with GST + Demand as per payment schedule  by DD (Pref) or by Cheque at the time of signing & registering the Sale Agreement on the same day.
