Process of Payment Block 17 to 23 (Phase 3 & 3A)

Within 20 days from the date of Agreement for Sale : 20% of Total Consideration (+) GST ,Less amount paid prior to Agreement for Sale
On Completion of Unit : 75% of  Total Consideration (+) GST
On  Offer of Possession : i) 5% of  Total Consideration (+) GST

Extra Charges
