Good Project to Invest
Visited several project on Bypass and Garia area but preferred Southwinds at first visit considering cost, location and different amenities provided by the Developer. I would recommend this is the best in its class.
I have booked it from investment perspective. The project is right on the EM ByPass and there is big potential for Appreciation once the project gets completed. Its a huge project with around 10 blocks and a planned shopping complex. For me its a good investment and a future weekend gateway as I already have my own house in Kolkata. The prices are very affordable and builder is very reputed; so a secured investment. I am hoping to get the possession by 2017 end.
Living amidst green,enjoying the serenity of nature , luxury of tranquility,far from the madding crowd with all the urban facilities.Looking forward ....

As a consumer I found “South Winds” to be of great value for money, and that is one of my prime reason for me to invest in a flat here. When I say “Value” I mean the whole lot of facilities being provided by the property. I got what I wanted – a serene landscape with lot of open space, south east open 3 bhk flat, whole lot of facilities inside and the seal of trust which comes from a builder like Srijan and marketed by a reputed company NK Realtors. I feel happy about my decision so far !

Within a city and a pollution free surrounding in such a big complex on bypass I dint find like Southwinds. This will help us and our child to grow with nature.

Our quest for a residential complex eventually reaches the finish line at South Winds with utmost satisfaction. The project from its first look seemed impressive though most contemporary complexes will share similar feel, texture and endeavor from inside with wide open spaces and amenities. Special pointers would be the high rise towards G+15 in the midst of greenery both near and distant and off-course Adi Ganga flowing undisturbed adds to its tranquility. Stands on Southern Bypass no need of driving inwards from the main road which stands out from most other complexes. Away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Minimum pollution as of now with lesser traffic. Lastly courtesy extended towards Ms. Rosy Ghosh who attended us most professionally all throughout with patience clearing every query put forth on all our visits.
I’m Souvik Paul as previously we were staying at Behala Chowrasta my son who studies in Indus Valley World School, was very far from our place it took around four and half hours in transit and other than that as it was an independent house there were security issues, my son had no place to play as just after the main gate it was main road. So, we decided that we should move to some secured campus which would solve our all problems. And then hunt for our dream home started we visited several projects on Bypass towards Mukundapur, Patuli, Garia, Narendrapur, Rajpur or Sonarpur area as my son’s school will be close to our home but our search came to the end when we visited “Southwinds Projects”. First visit to Southwinds was a wonderful experience here we met Ms. Rosy Ghosh who assisted us to know about the whole project. She is a very efficient and co-operative. She understands the client’s requirement. This project is situated right on the extended E M Bypass. We booked a residential property in 1st phase and booked a commercial property in their commercial Arcade. Investing in this project is value for money and the service providing by NK Realtors which also extraordinary and because of its location and so many different amenities provided by the Developer I would recommend everyone to invest in this project as it is the best in its class.
